Job description

OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Specialist to join our team, focusing on real estate property listings and agent marketing initiatives. This role will encompass a variety of responsibilities, including the creation and management of both print and digital advertising campaigns, content development for social media platforms, and collaboration with agents to enhance their marketing strategies. 

This role will report directly to the Marketing Director.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute local and global print and digital advertising campaigns, ensuring adherence to style specifications and quality control standards outlined by the brand.
  • Collaborate with agents to customize marketing materials with engaging content and leverage available social media and digital platforms effectively.
  • Stay current and engaged with company and brand content changes, guiding agents to the appropriate resources for their marketing needs on a one-on-one or group basis.
  • Support the adoption of our technology platform and adjacent services by providing 1:1 support.
  • Create and edit both multimedia and print assets for promotional content using internal marketing platforms. This includes video production, photography and interactive PDFs tailored to specific projects. Build digital and print marketing materials for agents to self-promote such as newsletters, brochures, and postcards using brand templates as well as custom designs. 
  • Utilize and leverage AI platforms systems effectively to support agents in their marketing efforts in both print and digital applications.
  • Manage and collaborate on projects with the marketing team from concept to completion, with adherence to internal quality standards.
  • Establish efficient workflows to streamline our internal print production process and maintain familiarity with our in-house printer capabilities.
  • Undertake other projects as assigned by management that support our culture and company initiatives that are executed by the marketing department.
  • Present at brokerage sales meeting as appropriate.
  • Ability to work in the office during standard operating hours.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or related field is strongly preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of multi-channel marketing experience 
  • Experience in real estate or with a luxury goods, services or hospitality company is preferred
  • Highly organized, able to multi-task, and work under pressure.
  • Ability to present information and communicate intended message in one-on-one, in small, and in large groups to agents and clients.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage projects from inception through execution, including demonstrated success in conceptualizing new programs and tracking progress of projects to completion. 
  • Strong proficiency in digital marketing strategies and tools, graphic design, social media and print advertising. 
  • Excellent creative and production acumen.
  • Familiarity with AI technologies relevant to marketing.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, Microsoft CoPilot (AI), Asana (Project Management) and ActivePipe (Email Marketing Platform) or similar.
