Key Responsibilities : Manage video operations (authentication, onboarding, VOD, DVR, entitlements, channel lineup, caching, metadata) Monitor service health, alerts, dashboards for performance & availability Support production deployments, releases, and post-deployment validation Troubleshoot complex production issues (video delivery, middleware, customer access) Validate data flows across customer systems, middleware, and video platforms Deploy and support backend services on AWS & containers Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and ensure issue resolution Conduct capacity planning & scalability assessments Key Requirements and Technology Experience: Must Have Skills: Video streaming platforms & backend video services Monitoring tools: Splunk, Datadog, ELK AWS Cloud Docker, Kubernetes (containerized services) Production support & troubleshooting Experience in video device architecture & service design validation Strong understanding of end-to-end video ecosystem Our client is a leading IT Industry and we are currently interviewing to fill this and other similar contract positions.
