We are looking for an energetic, detail-oriented Advertising Operations Intern (24 hrs/week) to join our fast-paced Digital Advertising Operations team this fall. This is an exciting opportunity to learn the ins and outs of digital advertising, from campaign management to optimizing ad processes, while contributing directly to the success of our revenue operations.

As part of our Ad Ops team, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring that our digital advertising campaigns run smoothly, helping to drive revenue and support the growth of our media brands. You'll gain invaluable experience working in one of the most high-energy, innovative environments in the media industry and have the chance to make a real impact.

Note: This internship is scheduled to run from September 14, 2026 - November 20, 2026. Participants are expected to work part time hours and adhere to our on-site work schedule. Open to current juniors and seniors pursuing a BA, MA students, and recent graduates who completed their degree within the past year.

Note: This position requires in-office attendance at our Midtown Manhattan office.

What You'll Do:

  • Support the end-to-end lifecycle of digital advertising campaigns, ensuring smooth execution from inception to launch.

  • Assist in refining ad delivery workflows to maximize efficiency.

  • Play a vital role in ensuring campaign health to drive the growth of our media brands and perform quality assurance checks on digital advertisements, ensuring flawless execution across platforms.

  • Work within a fast-paced environment to solve technical and operational challenges.

  • Create and maintain reporting for the Revenue Operations team, providing valuable insights and updates on campaign performance.

  • Gain a deep understanding of our site's ad functionality and become familiar with the diverse ad products we offer to clients.

  • Work within our ad servers to help streamline systems and processes, optimizing for efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.

What We're Looking For:

  • Open to current juniors and seniors pursuing BA, MA students, and recent graduates who completed their degree within the past year.

  • A proactive, organized, and self-sufficient individual who thrives in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.

  • Strong time management skills and the ability to balance multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.

  • A keen interest in digital media and advertising, with a curiosity and eagerness to learn the intricacies of ad operations.

Base Pay Range: $20/hour - $20/hour
