QUALIFICATIONS & RESPONSIBLITIES
  • Builds and maintains a network of sources from which to identify new sales leads.
  • Outside sales, inside sales, B2B, or door-knocking experience a PLUS!
  • Highly motivated to achieve personal and company goals.
  • Desire and drive to make money and be successful.
  • Communicate with customers and leads to identify and understand product or service needs; identify and suggest products and services to meet those needs.
  • Ability to close significant transactions by meeting face-to-face with potential or existing customers.
  • Excellent customer relationship-building skills, solid interpersonal skills, and a willingness to change or face difficult situations.
  • You must be able to perform basic math and perform daily tasks from an iPad or smartphone.

REQUIREMENTS
  • Comfortable working for 100% commission.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent GED is preferred.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check.
  • Must have reliable transportation with a good driving record, valid driver's license, and current vehicle insurance.
  • Weekend and evening availability!
  • Must have good written and verbal communication skills.
