Job Summary
Responsible for managing prospect evaluation process for the Wrestling program. Work with the Head Coach to develop and implement the recruitment process, priorities and targets of prospects for the coaching staff. Ensure the recruitment plan developed by the head wrestling coach stays on track. Responsible for the identification of a futuristic recruiting prospect program. Organize the official and unofficial prospect visits. Monitor and facilitate assistant coaches recruiting visits. Provide direction and consistency for the staff. Provide instruction, training, and motivation to prepare student-athletes for practice, games or competitive events. Instruct student-athletes in sport performance principles, game strategies and safety rules.
What You'll Be Doing:
Prospect Evaluation
Identify, evaluate, and rank prospects. Watch videos and provide screening process to determine recruiting targets. Provide direction to the Coaching Staff through all available sources to determine recruiting priorities. Work with Head Coach to assign and monitor coaches' recruiting areas.

- Degree in Business, Management, Organizational and Leadership Supervision or related field of study preferred
- Four (4) years coaching, playing or sports administration experience at the collegiate level
