Responsibilities

  1. Execute in-game promotions and events including but not limited to: pregame and post game promotions, and on-field contests.
  2. Create and implement creative entertainment concepts.
  3. Work with video board staff to ensure the show runs as fluid as possible.
  4. Show creativity and initiative in developing crown interaction, engagement, entertainment and promotions.
  5. Greet and interact with guests.
  6. Assist with game day setup and breakdown.
  7. Assist with tarp crew in the event of rain.
  8. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

Required

  1. High School Diploma
  2. Ability to work event nights, weekends and holidays
  3. Ability to perform in front of large crowds
  4. Must be energetic, enthusiastic and dedicated
  5. Ability to memorize between inning scripts and skits
  6. Previous experience preferred but not required
