Job description

At Marco's Pizza, we believe great learning experiences drive great results. We're looking for a Multimedia Instructional Developer to create engaging training and multimedia content that supports team members across our organization.
This role combines multimedia production, instructional design, content development, and facilitation to bring learning to life through video, eLearning, graphics, presentations, and interactive experiences. If you're a creative problem-solver who enjoys blending technology, storytelling, and education, we'd love to hear from you.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, edit, and produce multimedia content including videos, audio productions, animations, eLearning courses, graphics, presentations, webinars, job aids, instructional materials, and social media content.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute video and photography shoots.
  • Edit video, audio, and photography assets for a variety of training, communication, and marketing initiatives.
  • Develop eLearning courses using Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, Articulate 360, Camtasia, and other instructional development tools.
  • Research, collect, curate, and write instructional content, course outlines, scripts, storyboards, facilitator guides, participant materials, and performance support resources.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and cross-functional partners to gather information and translate business needs into effective learning solutions.
  • Ensure all multimedia and instructional content aligns with established brand standards, messaging, and learning objectives.
  • Coordinate feedback from stakeholders and incorporate revisions throughout the development process.
  • Create facilitator-led, virtual, and hybrid learning materials, including presentations, webinars, instructional manuals, videos, and supporting resources.
  • Facilitate instructor-led, virtual, and hybrid training sessions as needed.
  • Manage and troubleshoot content management and learning management systems.
  • Identify opportunities to improve learner engagement through innovative multimedia and instructional design approaches.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting established deadlines and quality standards.
  • Stay current with emerging multimedia technologies, instructional design methodologies, and industry best practices.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned in support of organizational learning and development initiatives.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, Digital Media, Photography, Videography, Communications, Instructional Design, or a related field.
  • Minimum of two years of experience as a Multimedia Specialist, Multimedia Developer, Instructional Designer, or in a related role within a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
  • Experience with multimedia production, video editing, and audio editing.
  • Experience developing eLearning content using Articulate Storyline, Articulate 360, Articulate Rise, and Camtasia.
  • Strong understanding of instructional design principles, adult learning concepts, graphic design, visual communications, and animation techniques.
  • Portfolio demonstrating a broad range of multimedia and instructional design projects.
  • Native-level proficiency in spoken and written English.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience developing leadership, management, and operational training programs.
  • Experience within the restaurant, hospitality, franchise, or retail industries.
  • Professional certifications in instructional design, training, or learning and development (ATD, CPTD, CPLP, AMA, or similar).
  • Business proficiency in Spanish.
