The Russo Brothers and AGBO have generated more than $7 billion at the global box office, including Avengers: Endgame. The studio's projects include Academy Award-winning Everything Everywhere All at Once, Netflix hits The Gray Man and Extraction, and Prime Video's visceral thriller The Bluff and the global Citadel franchise. Citadel Season 2 premieres in May 2026.
AGBO is currently in production with Netflix on Tygo and Mercenary, both part of the Extraction universe, as well as with Lionsgate on John Rambo, a prequel to the iconic franchise. The studio is in post-production on The Whisper Man, starring Robert De Niro, and Avengers: Doomsday, which will be released December 18, 2026. AGBO will begin shooting Avengers: Secret Wars later this year. Both upcoming Avengers films are directed by Anthony and Joe Russo and co-produced by AGBO and Marvel Studios.

Position Summary:
AGBO is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced QA Analyst to support quality testing efforts for an exciting project. This role will execute and contribute to the development of test plans, proactively identify and manage defects, and collaborate closely with developers to ensure a high-quality, stable player experience.
The ideal candidate has a sharp eye for detail, strong documentation skills, and the ability to clearly communicate issues across disciplines. You thrive in a collaborative environment, are proactive in identifying risks, and are committed to maintaining high quality standards throughout development.
This role is based in Raleigh, NC, and we're primarily seeking candidates who are currently located in the area or are open to relocating. In-person collaboration with our technical and creative teams is essential to the success of this position.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform manual testing in-editor and on packaged builds across various gameplay features and systems.
  • Document, maintain, and support the development of comprehensive test plans, test cases, and regression suites.
  • Identify, document, and track bugs clearly and thoroughly using internal tracking systems.
  • Follow defects through the full development lifecycle, verifying fixes and ensuring resolution.
  • Collaborate closely with engineers, designers, artists, and producers to clarify expected behavior and validate functionality.
  • Support milestone testing, feature validation, and regression testing cycles.
  • Coordinate with external QA partners or testers as needed.
  • Provide actionable feedback on usability, performance, and overall player experience.
  • Assist with compliance checks and platform-specific requirements when applicable.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Skills:
  • 3+ years of Game QA experience within a development studio required.
  • Experience designing and executing structured test plans and regression testing processes.
  • Proficiency managing defects through workflows using tools such as Jira, Hansoft, ShotGrid, or similar.
  • Experience working embedded with development teams in an Agile or iterative environment.
  • Familiarity coordinating with external QA vendors or test teams.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to clearly articulate reproduction steps and expected vs. actual results.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Passion for games and delivering high-quality player experiences.
  • Prior experience shipping a game from development through release.
  • Experience working with Unreal Engine (UE4 or UE5) is preferred, but not required.
