Do you enjoy leading teams, helping others grow, having autonomy in your position, hitting metrics and sharing in the profits when you succeed? If so, you could be a great fit for our Store Manager position at Disc Replay!
At Disc Replay, we buy and sell video games, movies, electronics, and collectibles. Our customers bring us cool stuff all day long. We pay cash on the spot to buy their stuff and then we resell it to others. Disc Replay is a great environment to be in for video gamers, movie buffs, and those into pop culture.
As the Store Manager, you will oversee the everyday operations of the store and lead a team to create a fun environment for our customers. This is not a desk job. You'll be on your feet all day, every day, constantly interacting and engaging with team members and customers.
Responsibilities

- Able to stand for long periods of time and safely lift 50lbs without assistance
