Description

The Central College athletics department is looking for students to help run sports broadcasts on Central Dutch Network as well as creating sports related content for social media. Some job duties may include:

  • Operating a camera for sports broadcasts
  • Running the broadcast scoreboard
  • Filming video/gameplay that is separate from the Central Dutch Network broadcast
  • Creating sports related content for Central Athletics social media accounts
  • Doing play-by-play or color commentary for sports broadcasts (not required, only if interested)

Requirements

  • Willing to work afternoons, nights and some weekends is a must
  • Experience with videography/camera work is needed
  • Some experience with video editing software (not necessarily needed)
  • Be knowledgeable of the different sports that Central College offers
