Salary: $55,200–$73,000/year* + profit sharing + benefits
*Range depends on skill level and overall experience.

Ramsey Solutions Headquarters is located just outside of Nashville in Franklin, Tennessee. We value our strong, unified company culture because we believe the best work is done together. What You'd Do in This Role:
Every video you cut helps tell the Ramsey Network's story to a massive audience, from full-length shows to YouTube Shorts and ads, and you'll have real ownership over how each one comes together. You'll partner closely with producers, learning their vision first and then bringing your own creative ideas to make every project even stronger. Work moves fast here, so you'll be trusted to edit efficiently, hit deadlines and budgets, and keep a great attitude when priorities shift. You'll also play a role in keeping the broader team running smoothly, from clean handoffs with audio and graphics to staying organized in our data asset systems.

You're Probably a Match If:

• You have 2 to 3 years of professional video editing experience, with sharp instincts for pacing, cutting, and storytelling.
• You're skilled in Adobe Premiere or a comparable professional editing platform.
• You stay level headed under tight deadlines and adapt quickly when priorities change.
• You bring a calm, easygoing energy to a fast-paced creative team.
• You're open to using AI tools as part of your editing workflow.
• You've got experience in filmmaking, cinematography, or motion graphics, such as After Effects, that adds extra depth to your work.
• You love the craft of editing and want to build a long-term career doing it.

• Cutting standout videos that go beyond the brief, with pacing and storytelling that make people want to keep watching.
• Earning producers' trust through constant, clear communication, so nobody's left guessing where a project stands.
• Bringing ideas to the table once you understand the vision, not just executing what's handed to you.
• Solving problems quickly and keeping momentum when a project's scope or timeline changes.
• Spotting ways to improve team processes and speaking up about them.
• Keeping every project's assets organized and easy for teammates to find.
