Job Description

We are looking for an in-house Videographer and video editor to join our team. Our ideal candidate has extensive experience using various cameras, professional video editing software, and enjoys presenting a complete, polished project on deadline. Since we commonly use these videos on social media for promotion, it is important that the product we deliver meets our brand standards. Candidates with experience also in photography and graphic design are highly preferred.

Primary Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:

  • Be the passionate champion for Cheerleading!
  • The ability to CREATE and innovate
  • Ensure product excellence and innovation
  • Record video using professional equipment provided by Company, managed from concept to editing to creation to release
  • On brand, post-production video editing and photo editing expertise
  • Set-up and breakdown of lighting and audio equipment
  • Maintain and care for equipment
  • Be a Cheerleading "insider" and provide competitive intelligence
  • Be the product expert relative to Cheerleading trends, athlete trends and competitive content
  • Work with the Social and Digital Marketing team to edit videos and photos to create timely posts
  • Drive authentic content
  • Be able to create and maintain budgets with CFO
  • Perform other duties as assigned. Including but not limited to:
  • Pop-Up Events Coverage (Pop Ups, retail, 1-2 day competitions)
  • Brand Promotions
  • State sponsorships
  • Gym relationships
  • Special projects
  • Biz development (camps, competitions, technology)
  • Special Brand building programs

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Film, Videography, or related field
  • Minimum of three years' professional work experience
  • A minimum of three years of experience using professional recording equipment
  • Advanced skills in video editing software, including Premiere, Final Cut Pro, and After Effects
  • Animation design skills
  • An eye for every detail
  • Ability to work independently or on a team
  • Strong technical and hard skills
  • Minimum of 5 years cheerleading experience coaching/cheering -highly preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Must be a self-starter, highly motivated and able to keep up in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be a team player and willing to wear multiple hats
  • Proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Must be able to lift 25-45 lbs. of equipment and maintain OSHA safety standards
  • Drone experience preferred.
  • This job is based in Atlanta, GA (not-remote), and requires seasonal travel, weekend and evening work
