Social Assistant to Founder & CEO

tarte cosmetics is looking for a social-savvy, creative & organized social assistant who has experience in social media & content calendar coordination. This role will work onsite at least 2 times a week in the Key Largo area (& able to commute from Miami), creating content & helping grow our CEO’s social platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with filming, editing & posting social content
  • Content brainstorming & copywriting
  • Organizing the CEO’s social calendar
  • Managing CEO’s social profiles & accounts like Amazon storefront & LTK & Shopmy
  • Community management on all social platforms
  • Additional PA responsibilities including handling: packages, returns, orders, etc.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a role involving social media management
  • Strong video & editing skills (Capcut, TikTok, Instagram)
  • In depth knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, Pinterest, Snapchat & other platforms trends & best practices
  • Flexibility in work hours, must be available weekends & evenings with ability to travel often
  • Hybrid onsite in greater Florida Keys area (able to commute from Miami 2x per week)
  • Proficiency with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, etc)
