Compensation: $60K - $80K base salary + benefits



Our client, a dynamic and growing organization encompassing multiple fitness/health brands under one venture company, is seeking an experienced and self-motivated Videographer & A/V Specialist. This individual will be responsible for all aspects of video production and editing, including live and recorded sessions, with a focus on delivering polished, high-quality content in real time.


You will collaborate with the marketing team to produce creative assets that align with the brand’s vision and strategy. This role requires a highly creative, detail-oriented, and fast-paced individual who thrives in a collaborative environment.



Key Responsibilities:


  • Video Production: Plan, shoot, and edit videos for live and recorded sessions, ensuring high-quality output that aligns with the brand's goals
  • Live Content Creation: Mix live sessions and leave the studio with polished, finalized products
  • Multi-Camera Setup: Operate and manage multi-camera systems for various productions
  • A/V Technical Support: Handle all audio/video technology needs and collaborate with the in-house audio engineer for seamless production
  • Creative Marketing Assets: Support the marketing team by creating engaging video content for campaigns, social media, and other channels
  • Collaborative Strategy: Contribute creative ideas to enhance video strategies (strategy work is a plus, but not mandatory)



Qualifications:


  • Proven experience as a videographer or in a similar role
