What You'll Do

• Film and photograph content throughout the day, both in and outside the office

• Follow and document real-time activities, meetings, and events to create compelling social content

• Edit and publish short-form and long-form videos across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn

• Create captions, hooks, graphics, and engaging social posts

• Use AI tools to streamline content creation, editing, ideation, and scheduling

• Monitor social media channels, comments, and direct messages

• Identify trends and proactively pitch new content ideas

• Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity

• Organize and manage footage, digital assets, and content calendars

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in social media management, content creation, videography, photography, or video editing

• Strong portfolio showcasing social media content and video editing work

• Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Photoshop, After Effects, or similar editing software

• Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, HeyGen, Synthesia, Midjourney, or other AI-powered content platforms

• Strong understanding of social media platforms and current trends

• Excellent storytelling, communication, and creative problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

• Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to adapt in a fast-paced environment

Schedule Expectations

This position requires flexibility and responsiveness.

• Primarily on-site

• Six days per week with one scheduled day off

• Comfortable being available outside traditional business hours when content opportunities arise

• Comfortable working in a high-output, always-moving environment

• Must enjoy creating, posting, and engaging with content in real time

Compensation & Benefits

• $70,000 - $100,000 annual salary, based on experience

• Opportunity for performance-based incentives

• Significant creative ownership and visibility

• Career growth opportunities as the brand continues to expand

• Work directly with leadership and play a key role in building an influential and rapidly growing brand
