This role combines social media management, content creation, community engagement, sales

support, and event coordination to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and

overall sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

* Manage and maintain company social media accounts including TikTok, Instagram,

Facebook, YouTube, and other platforms

* Create, schedule, and upload engaging content including photos, videos, reels, stories, and

promotional posts

* Monitor social media trends, viral content, and competitor activities

* Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries in a timely and professional

manner

* Track and analyze social media performance, engagement, and sales results

* Develop strategies to increase followers, engagement, and conversion rates

Sales & Marketing Support

* Support online and offline sales activities through social media marketing

* Assist with influencer collaborations, affiliate programs, and creator partnerships
