Job description

Job Overview:
APTIM's Marketing & Communications team seeks a digitally versatile, growth-minded Digital Marketing Specialist to help plan, launch, and optimize integrated campaigns that build brand awareness, strengthen business development efforts, and generate leads across digital channels.
This is an opportunity for a motivated marketing professional to contribute to APTIM's global growth strategy while supporting meaningful work for clients, communities, and the ecosystems within our world's natural environments.
This role operates within APTIM's Corporate Marketing & Communications team, where the Digital Marketing function serves as a strategic hub for campaigns, content, analytics, digital experiences, and marketing technology. The Digital Marketing team functions as a cross-trained, collaborative unit. While team members may have primary areas of focus, they are expected to support broader marketing priorities rather than work within rigid channel silos.

  • Apply AI prompt best practices and critically evaluate AI-generated content for quality, clarity, accuracy, and brand alignment.
  • Execute email campaigns and support automated nurture and drip workflows using marketing automation platforms.
  • Assist with campaign implementation across CRM, CMS, analytics, social publishing, and marketing automation systems.
  • Monitor campaign performance, engagement metrics, and digital KPIs while helping identify optimization opportunities and actionable insights.
  • Support A/B and multivariate testing initiatives across email, landing pages, and campaign assets.
  • Support conferences, trade shows, webinars, and digital event promotion efforts.
  • Maintain awareness of evolving digital marketing trends, AI advancements, content formats, audience behavior, and platform changes.

Basic Qualifications:
