Job Description

The Nightlife Marketing Videographer is responsible for but not limited to capturing events, employees, artists, and other elements of the Nightlife department, such as merchandise and food and beverage in our venues and other unique settings. The Nightlife videographer will also assist in the strategy of Nightlife marketing through video.

Job Responsibilities

  • Capture and edit video content at all Wynn Nightlife venues
  • Capture and edit organic non-staged event moments at all Wynn Nightlife events
  • Use artistic knowledge and different techniques to create concept videos (short form and long form) 
  • Assist with creating unique video concepts to help promote artist, events, and the Wynn Nightlife brand
  • Recommend creative ideas to exceed expectations of video goals and objectives
  • Create videos for all promotional and sponsorship needs
  • Create onsite short form interesting reels for social media
  • Build relationships with resident artists to capture unique content inside and outside of the venues
  • Add special effects to video treatments
  • Ability to setup lighting, backdrops, and equipment for studio style shoots
  • Assist with scouting locations to shoot interesting and captivating videos
  • Ability to provide clear and professional art direction to subjects for video treatments
  • Write video treatments to present to artists and executive teams
  • Use, research, and stay up to date on all camera equipment
  • Conduct competitive research from other day and nightlife venues
  • Flexibility to work different hours week to week with some travel
  • Communicate in a timely manner via email, phone calls, WhatsApp, etc.
  • Create one sheets and marketing decks to present ideas, events, concepts, and strategies
  • Present new ideas weekly in marketing meeting
  • Detailed note taking from creative meetings and marketing meetings
  • Assist the Director of Marketing with tasks
  • Flexibility to perform other job-related tasks as deemed necessary by management
  • Adhere to and enforce company specific safety policies
  • Deliver exceptional service to every guest while interacting in a professional manner
Qualifications
  • Must have a minimum of 5-year work experience in a dayclub, nightclub, bar, or lounge type environment
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Cinematography, Videography and Film is preferred, but not required
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain any licensing or active work cards required, at present or in the future, for this position at all times
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office required
  • Must have strong organizational and project management skills
  • Maintain dialogue with all cultures and ethnicities while upholding a warm, positive, and friendly persona at all times
  • Must possess excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Must consistently maintain a well-groomed appearance and hygiene
  • Must be a minimum of 21 years of age
