About the role:
The Java Developer role is crucial for designing and implementing robust software solutions using Springboot Microservices and Java. With a hybrid work model, the candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance application performance and scalability. This position requires a minimum of 7 years of experience focusing on delivering high-quality code and contributing to the company's technological advancements.
In this role, you will:
• Design, develop, and optimize Spring Boot microservices using Java, ensuring high performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into effective technical solutions.
• Lead microservices integration and system performance tuning, ensuring seamless communication, efficient resource usage, and minimal downtime.
• Ensure code quality and maintainability through best practices in testing, deployment, code reviews, and technical documentation.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership, fostering continuous learning and improved team productivity.
• Drive innovation and operational excellence by resolving complex issues, recommending new technologies, and coordinating with DevOps for smooth deployments and compliance with security standards.
