Magna Legal Services is seeking an experienced Video Conference Host to join our Philadelphia office. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in customer service and technical and operational support, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Primary Responsibilities
  • Provide in-person technical and operational support for videoconference meetings and depositions held in office conference rooms.
  • Set up, test, monitor, and troubleshoot audiovisual equipment to ensure depositions and other scheduled events run smoothly.
  • Prepare, package, ship, receive, and track equipment packs, confirming that all required components are included and functioning properly.
  • Answer incoming phone calls and assist clients, resources, and coworkers with scheduling, technical support, and general service-related needs.
  • Support additional audiovisual and technical needs throughout the office, including equipment setup, testing, basic troubleshooting, and coordination for special events.
  • Maintain reasonable scheduling flexibility based on business needs, including occasional early arrivals or extended hours to support depositions and other related events through their official conclusion.

  • At least three years of experience in technology support and/or customer service
  • Excellent customer service and written and verbal communication skills, with a commitment to professionalism, responsiveness, and clarity in all client interactions
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office for documentation, data entry, and reporting

$40,000 - $45,000 a year
