Refined Reflections Mental and Wellness Center is seeking dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Counselors (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) to join our innovative and rapidly expanding team. This full-time, 100% remote position allows you to provide vital mental health services to clients from the comfort of your home. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct compassionate, ethical individual counseling sessions via video chat, ensuring a secure and supportive atmosphere for clients.
• Utilize evidence-based and solution-focused treatment modalities to develop tailored interventions for each client.
• Craft individualized treatment plans that align with client goals and mental health needs, regularly reviewing and adjusting as necessary.
• Facilitate client self-discovery, helping them gain insights into their experiences, feelings, and relationships which contributes to their overall well-being.
• Monitor client progress, offering guidance in developing healthy coping mechanisms and making recommendations as appropriate.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will primarily support stable, low-acuity adults who are experiencing various mental health challenges. Our focus is on facilitating clients' personal growth and helping them acquire the skills necessary to elevate their overall quality of life, ensuring they receive the care they need to thrive.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in a counseling-related field, such as Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
• An active, state-issued mental health counseling license (LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or PsyD) to work independently without supervision.
• No history of disciplinary actions against your license; provisional licenses are not eligible.
• Proficient interpersonal skills and a genuine, empathetic approach to care.
• Strong computer literacy, with access to a computer equipped with webcam and audio capabilities for video sessions.
• Reliable high-speed internet connection for seamless operational flow.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working with diverse populations and an understanding of the cultural factors that may impact mental health.
• Familiarity with telehealth practices and utilizing digital platforms for client engagement.
• Background in various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness practices.

Compensation and Benefits

Our commitment to our therapists is matched by our competitive compensation, offering an annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 104,000. Additionally, we provide a sign-on bonus to welcome new team members.
