Key Responsibilities

• Conduct client assessments and provide therapy sessions via video chat, utilizing our user-friendly telehealth platform.
• Formulate personalized treatment plans and utilize evidence-based modalities to address a variety of emotional and mental health concerns.
• Maintain client records and documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, while minimizing paperwork responsibilities to prioritize client care.
• Provide support, education, and resources to assist clients in developing effective coping strategies and reaching their therapeutic goals.
• Engage in regular supervision and consultation with peers to enhance professional practice and ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on serving stable adults with low acuity mental health needs. Clients are pre-screened to ensure they are appropriate for telehealth services. Common issues you will address include anxiety, grief, stress, and various emotional challenges. By guiding individuals through their mental health journeys, you play a critical role in enhancing their overall quality of life and mental resilience.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.
• Current independent licensure in one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Proficiency in utilizing digital tools and telehealth platforms to deliver counseling services effectively.

Preferred Experience

• Experience providing individual or group therapy through telehealth modalities is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with diverse populations and tailor interventions based on individual client needs.
• Strong background in crisis intervention, treatment planning, and outcome evaluation.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with your caseload and experience.
