Position Overview
The Vice President of Creative is a strategic and hands-on leader responsible for driving high performing, conversion focused creative across digital platforms. This role sits at the intersection of brand storytelling and direct response marketing, ensuring all creative output not only elevates brand identity but also delivers measurable business results.
The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in social first creative, performance marketing, and team leadership, with a strong understanding of how data, production, and emerging technologies shape modern creative execution.
What You'll Own
  • Lead the development of high performing direct response creative across social platforms (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
  • Balance brand and performance creative
  • Oversee production and (preferred) direct on-set shoots
  • Guide post-production best practices for performance
  • Leverage data to inform creative decisions
  • Integrate AI tools into creative workflows
  • Lead and develop creative team

What You Bring
