Job Title: VP, Product Management, Services

The VP of Product Management for the Services vertical is responsible for defining and executing the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for service‑based businesses. This executive leader will build software and financial products that enable appointment‑based, field service, professional services, personal care, wellness, home services, and other service‑oriented businesses to efficiently manage and grow their operations.

The role will own a comprehensive Services platform that combines point‑of‑sale, scheduling, payments, customer engagement, subscriptions, invoicing, mobile workforce management, AI‑powered automation, and embedded financial services into a seamless commerce experience. This leader will work across Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Risk, Customer Success, and external technology partners to deliver differentiated commerce solutions that drive customer growth, merchant retention, and revenue expansion.

What You Will Do: Product Vision & Strategy
  • Develop the long‑term vision and product strategy for the Services vertical.
  • Build a differentiated platform serving appointment‑based and service‑oriented businesses.
  • Define investment priorities aligned with Merchant Solutions growth strategy.
  • Identify emerging industry trends and customer opportunities.
  • Drive platform expansion through new software capabilities and financial services.
Product Portfolio
  • Own the complete Services product portfolio, including:
    • Appointment scheduling
    • Calendar management
    • Mobile POS
    • Field service management
    • Invoicing and estimates
    • Customer relationship management
    • Memberships and subscriptions
    • Digital payments
    • Mobile workforce tools
    • Team scheduling
    • AI‑powered business automation
    • Embedded lending and financial services
    • Customer communications and marketing automation
Product Development
  • Lead end‑to‑end product management from concept through commercialization.
  • Partner with Engineering to build scalable, cloud‑native solutions.
  • Deliver seamless experiences across mobile, desktop, and in‑person interactions.
  • Leverage AI to automate scheduling, customer communications, staffing, and operational workflows.
Customer Experience
  • Create intuitive workflows that reduce administrative burden for business owners.

Commercial Leadership
  • Own Services product financial performance in partnership with the Commercial Organization.

  • Support Sales with compelling product positioning.
Cross‑Functional Leadership
  • Lead a high‑performing product organization.
  • Partner across Engineering, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, Risk, Operations, and Sales.
  • Build strong relationships with strategic partners and ecosystem providers.
What You Need to Have:
  • 12+ years in Product Management.
  • Experience with SaaS platforms serving SMBs or enterprise customers.
  • Strong understanding of payments, software, commerce, and subscription businesses.
  • Proven experience delivering customer‑centric digital products.
  • Experience in appointment‑based software, field service platforms, healthcare technology, hospitality, or business management software.
What is Very Nice to Have:
  • Experience with AI‑enabled SaaS products.
  • Knowledge of embedded financial services.
  • Experience leading product organizations in high growth fintech or commerce companies.

Salary Range

$220,000.00 – $330,000.00

These pay ranges apply to employees in Sunnyvale, California. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ.
