Team Worldwide Corporate office is looking to add a dynamic, experienced leader to their executive team. The Vice President-International is a full-time, exempt position that works alongside the executive team to develop and execute growth minded initiatives centered around the companyโ€™s international segment of business.

Benefits and Compensation

As a full-time position, the position is eligible for companyโ€™s employee benefits package. This includes standard benefits of co-sponsored medical insurance, company matched 401k (up to 4%), and paid time off. In addition, employee may, at their own expense, engage in additional employee-paid benefits of vision, dental, life and AD&D insurance offers. The salary compensation for this position will be commiserate with related experience.

  • International Freight Forwarding Experience (5+ years)
  • Proven experience in executing initiatives
  • Able to manage teams ranging in size from two to many

Reporting Structure

The VP-International reports to the Chief Executive Officer.


Location

This position will report to the Team Worldwide Corporate office located in Winnsboro, TX . For the proper candidate, this position could be domiciled from a Team Corporate branch location of either Houston, TX or Dallas, TX.

Physical Requirements

  • Sitting at a computer for prolonged periods of time
  • Occasional lifting up to 25 pounds
