VP Recovery Operations

Embark on a transformative journey as a VP Recovery Operations. At Barclays, our vision is clear to redefine the future of banking and help craft innovative solutions. This is a key leadership role accountable for overseeing the execution of recovery strategies across the business. You will be responsible for monitoring the performance of third-party Debt Collection Agencies and Legal Networks, ensuring outcomes align with business objectives and risk standards. The VP will lead a team of Recovery professionals while building and maintaining effective supplier relationships to support sustainable performance and compliance.

To be successful as a VP Recovery Operations, you should have:

  • Experience leading and developing teams within a recovery or collections environment
  • Excellent knowledge of Recovery processes, including strategy execution and oversight
  • Proven experience driving performance and accountability across third- and fourth-party suppliers
