WittKieffer is pleased to partner with Coffee Regional Medical Center (CRMC) as they seek a strategic and visionary Vice President Quality and Risk Management to provide enterprise leadership for risk management, patient safety, quality, and patient experience. Located in Douglas, GA, CRMC is a 98-bed, independent, nonprofit hospital that is a proud affiliate of the Emory Healthcare Network and recently earned its sixth consecutive "A" rating from The Leapfrog Group.

Reporting directly to the CEO, the Vice President, Quality and Risk Management will serve as a key member of the executive leadership team, providing strategic oversight of the organization's risk management, safety, quality, and patient experience programs. This leader will be responsible for advancing a comprehensive risk management strategy, including claims management, event review, regulatory and accreditation readiness, peer review, infection prevention, and quality measurement and reporting.

A key priority for this role will be strengthening CRMC's risk management function through proactive risk identification, mitigation, and monitoring while continuing to advance quality outcomes, patient safety, and patient experience. The Vice President will partner closely with hospital and physician leadership as well as staff to foster a culture of transparency, accountability, safety, and continuous improvement. This executive will serve as a trusted advisor across CRMC ensuring alignment with organizational strategy.
