  • Assess agency performance and recommend solutions to achieve national marketing goals
  • Recruit, interview, and hire effective team members
  • Conduct market assessments to develop strategic growth plans, including expansion and acquisition opportunities
  • Perform direct sales and coach staff to exceed national and agency SOC and revenue expectations
  • Collaborate with sales, training, marketing, operational, and clinical leadership to develop and implement strategic growth plans
  • Facilitate weekly growth meetings with strategic sales team members
  • Review data to ensure accurate reporting and analyze growth, revenue, and profitability trends
  • Participate in annual budget development and establish SOC expectations for staff
  • Ensure appropriate return on investment for sales resources and manage referral development with third-party payors
  • Act as the brand champion and ensure staff understand and articulate differentiators
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders of strategic accounts
  • Develop and execute tailored account plans to drive revenue growth and achieve contract renewals
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless service delivery and proactive issue resolution

Requirements

  • Five (5) yearsโ€™ supervisory experience
  • Experience in home health or hospice is preferred
  • Must have a dependable vehicle, a valid driverโ€™s license, and current auto insurance in accordance with the laws of the State
  • 50% travel with some overnight stay
