  • Monitor emerging customer expectations, competitive activity, sustainability trends, regulatory developments, and partnership opportunities to identify opportunities and business risks.

  • Translate market intelligence into actionable recommendations that help Shaw anticipate and prepare for change, strengthen business strategy, and lead through sustainability.

Sustainability Enablement & Business Partnership

Strengthen the organization's ability to understand, communicate, and leverage Shaw's sustainability strategy across customer engagement, business planning, and market activation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with sales, marketing, and business leadership to integrate sustainability into customer engagement and business strategy.

  • Co-develop scalable tools, educational resources, engagement strategies, and customer-facing resources with Shaw's business and brand sustainability teams to strengthen sustainability understanding and confidence across the organization.

  • Serve as a trusted business partner who helps connect corporate sustainability's expertise with customer needs and business priorities.

Sustainability Story Alignment & Thought Leadership

Strengthen Shaw's ability to communicate the value of its sustainability strategy through authentic, visionary, technically credible, and customer-relevant storytelling.

Key Responsibilities
