As VP of Sales, you will lead Adaptive6’s global sales strategy and execution. You will build and scale a world‑class sales organization, drive revenue growth by securing partnerships with top Fortune 500 companies and other leading enterprises, and define and refine our go‑to‑market approach. You will take ownership of creating, executing, and continuously improving our sales playbook, fostering a culture of high performance, collaboration, and accountability. As a trusted advisor to our enterprise customers, you will develop lasting executive‑level relationships that position Adaptive6 as a strategic partner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and scale Adaptive6’s global sales organization with a focus on enterprise and Fortune 500 customers
  • Define and execute the company’s sales strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives
  • Develop, refine, and implement the Adaptive6 sales playbook, driving consistency and repeatable success across markets
  • Recruit, coach, and mentor a high‑performing sales team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and operations leadership to align sales strategy with product development and market positioning
  • Track performance metrics, forecast revenue, and provide regular reporting to the CEO and leadership team
  • Represent Adaptive6 at key industry events, conferences, and in strategic customer engagements
Requirements
  • 10+ years of sales leadership experience, with at least 5 years managing enterprise or global sales teams
  • Proven track record of building and scaling high‑performing sales organizations in high‑growth technology or SaaS companies
  • Deep experience selling into Fortune 500 and large enterprise customers, with established executive‑level relationships a strong plus
  • Strong strategic thinking with hands‑on execution ability, balancing vision with operational excellence
