Salary: $180,000 to $200,000 + Bonus
What You Need to Know
Responsible for sales strategy and development for AccentCare under the direction of the Chief Operating Officer. Provide leadership and coordination of company sales and marketing functions. Develop and implement sales and marketing strategy. Monitor and analyze sales and marketing activity against goals. Works closely with General Managers and Regional Sales VP's in planning, organizing and implementing sales initiatives across the company. This position works very closely with the Operations and Sales Teams across all lines of business, including Vice-Presidents, Regional Vice-Presidents, Regional Sales Managers, Hospice Consultants and Account Executives.

If you meet these qualifications, we would love to meet you:
  • Bachelor's degree in a business, marketing or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of five years' experience in multi-site sales management required and multi-state preferred.
  • Success in similar endeavor with a service and or healthcare organization.

  • Develop plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company's sales goals
  • Ensures compliance and all regulatory agencies governing sales referrals and sales related activities.
  • Create a culture of success and ongoing business and goal achievement
  • Support and drive the sales teams and resources to deliver profitable growth
  • Define optimal sales force structure
  • Become known as an employer of choice for top sales people
  • Help define and oversee sales staff compensation and incentive programs that motivate the sales team to achieve their sales targets
  • Define and coordinate sales training programs that enable staff to achieve their potential and support company objectives
  • Manage customer expectations and contribute to a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Define sales processes that drive desired sales outcomes and identify improvements where and when required
