Job description

Aeroseal is seeking a Regional Vice President, Operations to lead Residential New Construction (RNC) field operations across a large, multi-site, geographically distributed organization.
This is a senior executive field operations leadership role responsible for driving consistent, safe, and profitable execution across multiple regions, branch locations, and field delivery teams nationwide. The RVP of Operations will set the operating cadence, establish execution standards, and ensure scalable, high-performance field operations across a complex, asset-heavy, labor-intensive business.
This leader will oversee a multi-state network of branch operations and field teams responsible for delivering high-volume residential construction services. Success in this role requires deep experience running large-scale, multi-site field organizations with significant revenue responsibility, fleet/asset management, and operational complexity.
The ideal candidate has operated at the Vice President, Division President, or senior regional leadership level within construction, insulation, HVAC, building services, logistics, or similarly complex distributed workforce environments.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • 10+ years of progressive operations leadership experience, including VP, Regional VP, or Senior Director-level responsibility in construction, insulation, HVAC, building services, logistics, transportation, or other high-volume field service industries.
  • Proven experience leading 10+ operational sites or branches across multiple geographic markets.
  • Demonstrated leadership of 50+ employees minimum, with strong preference for experience managing 100-500+ field technicians, supervisors, or drivers.
  • Direct responsibility for $20M+ in annual revenue or equivalent operational scale.
  • Experience managing multi-state operations, including distributed field teams and regional leadership structures.
  • Strong background in field execution at scale, including scheduling, dispatch, labor planning, routing, and productivity optimization.
  • Demonstrated ownership of fleet or asset-heavy operations, including management of 50+ vehicles/equipment units, utilization, maintenance, and deployment.
  • Proven experience in contract management, including negotiation, execution, subcontractor performance management, and customer-facing agreements.
  • Strong command of safety, compliance, and risk management, including OSHA compliance, workers' compensation, insurance programs, and claims management.
  • Strong financial acumen including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, margin improvement, and translating financial targets into operational execution.
  • Proven ability to build and scale field leadership teams, including hiring, coaching, performance management, and organizational design across multiple sites.
  • Demonstrated success implementing standardized operating systems, KPIs, and technology-enabled field operations tools.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • Executive leadership experience at the VP, Regional VP, Division President, or COO level.
  • Experience within multi-site construction, insulation, HVAC, home services, or building products organizations, particularly high-growth or PE-backed environments.
  • Background in logistics, fleet-based operations, or last-mile delivery environments (Amazon, FedEx, UPS, or contractor networks).
  • Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or continuous improvement experience.
  • Strong analytical capability with experience building dashboards, KPI frameworks, and operational reporting systems.
  • Executive-level communication skills with the ability to influence across Sales, Finance, HR, and Operations.
  • Ability to travel approximately 50% nationwide, including overnight travel.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Lead multi-site field operations across multiple regions, ensuring consistent, safe, and profitable execution.
  • Establish and enforce operating standards across all branches to drive consistency and accountability at scale.
  • Own field execution performance including productivity, labor utilization, job completion rates, and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead workforce planning, scheduling, dispatch, routing, and labor optimization across all field operations.
  • Manage regional field leadership teams, including hiring, development, coaching, performance management, and succession planning.
  • Oversee fleet, tools, and field assets, ensuring optimal utilization, maintenance, and deployment across locations.
  • Drive safety culture and compliance, including OSHA standards, workers' compensation programs, insurance, and risk mitigation.
  • Own subcontractor and contract execution performance, including onboarding, compliance, and operational accountability.
  • Partner with executive leadership across Sales, Finance, HR, and Supply Chain to support growth, margin improvement, and operational execution.
  • Develop and manage operational KPIs, dashboards, and reporting systems to drive visibility, accountability, and performance improvement.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on scaling operations, improving efficiency, and driving technology adoption in the field.
  • Ensure the organization is structurally prepared for both rapid growth and market downturns while maintaining operational excellence.
