This executive will partner with senior leadership to transform procurement into a strategic business function while developing scalable processes to support continued domestic and global growth. This role offers the opportunity to build a high-performing procurement organization, standardize sourcing practices, and establish a foundation for future global procurement leadership. Key Responsibilities Strategic Procurement Develop and execute enterprise procurement and sourcing strategies aligned with business objectives. Drive supplier optimization, contract negotiations, and cost savings initiatives across all spend categories. Build standardized procurement processes, category strategies, and governance frameworks. Identify opportunities to improve supplier performance, mitigate risk, and increase operational efficiency. Supplier & Contract Management Lead complex commercial negotiations with strategic suppliers. Manage contract lifecycle, supplier performance, and compliance with corporate policies.
