Job Summary

This position is responsible for the overall profit and growth of an assigned territory. Oversee Surety underwriting activities within the region. Establish marketing plan and oversee related marketing activities. Manage territorial workflows to maximize productivity, efficiency and expense control. Oversee relationships with producers and accounts. Contribute to division's goals and objectives.

Key Competencies

  • Organization and prioritization to meet multiple demands and commitments.

Preferred Technical Skills

  • Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office software products.

Experience

  • Ten plus years' experience in the contract Surety business.

Education

  • College degree in Business with successful completion of courses in Finance, Management, Accounting and Marketing or equivalent work experience.
  • AFSB designation also preferred.

$174,800 - $271,446/year

  • Total individual compensation (base salary, short & long-term incentives) offered will take into account a number of factors including but not limited to geographic location, scope & responsibilities of the role, qualifications, talent availability & specialization as well as business needs. The above pay range may be modified in the future.
