Area Vice President of Operations, Personal Care Services
Oklahoma Based | On-Site at One of our Branches

As Area Vice President, you'll contribute to our success in the following ways:

  • Lead transformational change by strengthening leadership capability, evolving team structures and driving a culture of accountability, agility and continuous improvement.

  • Oversee operational logistics, including branch coordination, resource allocation, scheduling effectiveness, and scalability to support efficient service delivery across the region.

  • Providing strategic direction, leadership, and support to PCS leaders, administrators, and clinical managers to achieve organizational goals related to mission, financial performance, and quality outcomes.

  • Drives continued growth and strengthening of relationships with payors and referral sources to support market expansion, patient access, and sustained business development.

  • Fostering strong, collaborative relationships with team members, peers, clinical and administrative teams, corporate and executive leadership to drive engagement and alignment.

  • Cultivating an innovative, high-performing, and collaborative work environment that promotes accountability and continuous improvement.

  • Supporting the development and execution of organizational strategic plans and budgets, ensuring alignment with company priorities and growth objectives.

  • Analyzing and reporting on key performance metrics, including strategic initiatives and operational dashboards, to monitor progress and inform decision-making.

  • Overseeing the development, implementation, and ongoing evaluation of policies, procedures, clinical protocols, quality improvement initiatives, and program infrastructure to ensure operational excellence.

  • Leading all operational aspects in alignment with the organization's mission, values, regulatory requirements, payor guidelines, accreditation standards, and client expectations.

  • Providing oversight and guidance to assigned ancillary departments, ensuring compliance with documentation standards, audit readiness, and overall regulatory adherence.

What is Required?

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Organizational Development, Leadership, or a related field required; Master's degree preferred

  • Minimum of five (5) years of leadership experience in healthcare operations, with Personal Care Services or home care strongly preferred

  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in organizational leadership, operational management, or program development

  • At least two (2) years of direct supervisory experience leading managers or multi-site teams

  • Strong knowledge of Personal Care Services and/or Hospice regulations, reimbursement models, and operational compliance standards

  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to drive performance, develop teams, and execute strategic initiatives

  • Demonstrated experience in organizational development, operational improvement, and project management

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to foster collaboration, engagement, and accountability across teams

  • High level of professionalism, sound judgment, and ability to navigate complex operational environments

  • Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance in accordance with state requirements

  • Ability and willingness to travel at least 25% to support branch operations and organizational priorities

  • Must meet all agency health screening and compliance requirements

  • You will report to the Regional Vice President PCS Operations.
