Job description

We're seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Vice President, POM Product Management to join our Corporate Trust - Conventional Debt team. This role is located in Washington, D.C.

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways: 

  • This role contributes to the development and execution of Corporate Trust's Conventional Debt product strategy, supporting the Product Head. The SVP provides strategic guidance across Product/Platform, helping shape product vision, roadmap priorities, and go-to-market direction for products with meaningful business impact.
  • Serve as a thought leader across the product organization, partnering with Product Heads, SVP Product Managers, and Directors to influence product direction, strengthen strategic alignment, and ensure consistent execution of product strategy.
  • Provide strategic oversight and input into multiple pod-level backlogs, guiding prioritization and ensuring alignment to broader product objectives, while empowering Product Owners to manage day-to-day execution.
  • Support the aggregation and transparency of product-related risks, contributing to a holistic view of risk across Product/Platform and advising on mitigation strategies and remediation efforts.
  • Influence prioritization decisions by incorporating market intelligence, client needs, and financial considerations, ensuring product investments align with business objectives and growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate across Product/Platform leadership and cross-functional stakeholders (Sales, Risk, Operations, Technology) to share progress, challenge assumptions, and drive continuous improvement in product strategy and delivery.
  • Act as a senior escalation point for complex product issues, providing guidance and decision support on strategic risks, trade-offs, and critical initiatives.

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following: 

  • 8-10+ years of product management with experience creating strategic product roadmaps and working with cross-functional teams in a highly matrixed environment and prior experience working in a financial industry preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related discipline 
  • Experience working in an agile environment
  • Experience building and launching products from ideation through launch and revision
  • Deep knowledge and experience in agile methodologies, experience working with multiple scrum teams on simultaneous builds
  • Experience managing daily technical and design direction
