Summary of Position:

The Vice President, Operations provides strategic and operational leadership across McCrometer's Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Project Execution, Facilities, and Sustainability functions. This role is accountable for delivering operational excellence and enabling scalable growth through strong execution across the full value chain while driving performance across safety, quality, delivery, cost, and innovation.
This role leads the Hemet, CA site and ensures effective integration of project execution into ongoing operations, delivering capital projects, new product introductions, and footprint initiatives on time and within budget. The Vice President, Operations builds a high-performance culture and drives continuous improvement through the Veralto Enterprise System (VES).

Key Responsibilities / Essential Functions:

  • Provide executive leadership across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Project Execution, Facilities, and Sustainability functions, ensuring alignment to business strategy.
  • Lead manufacturing operations to ensure safe, high-quality and efficient production aligned with customer and business requirements.
  • Oversee supply chain including procurement, planning, logistics, and supplier management to ensure supply continuity and cost competitiveness.
  • Lead end-to-end project execution for capital investments, facility expansions, equipment installations, and new product introductions, ensuring delivery on scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Integrate project execution with ongoing operations, minimizing disruption to production while achieving strategic objectives.
  • Lead facilities management and footprint optimization, ensuring reliability of infrastructure and alignment to long-term growth strategy.
  • Drive sustainability initiatives focused on environmental impact reduction, energy efficiency, and ESG compliance.
  • Build and sustain a high-performance culture anchored in accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
  • Lead adoption of the Veralto Enterprise System (VES) to drive continuous improvement and operational rigor.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs across safety, quality, delivery, cost, project execution, and sustainability performance.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory, environmental, and quality standards including ISO frameworks.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, Finance, and Commercial teams to drive end-to-end value chain performance.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to the President on operational strategy, capital investment, and risk management.
  • Develop leadership capability through talent management, succession planning, and team development.

Other Responsibilities and Functions:

Education and Experience:

  • Experience: Minimum 15+ years in progressive leadership manufacturing, or operations
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing or related discipline required; MBA preferred.

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associate's position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.

The compensation range for this role is $190,000 - $220,000 USD per year.This job is also eligible for Bonus Pay.
