Together, we thrive as we shape the future of health for patients, our communities, and our people. If you want to be part of tomorrow's health today, we want to hear from you.

Rx Savings Solutions (RxSS), part of CoverMyMeds, helps members, employers, and health plans reduce medication costs, improve adherence, and navigate care. With access to more than 19M lives across both Medicare and Commercial plans, our platform helps patients navigate their benefit, identifies savings opportunities and connects patients to more affordable medication options. Starting with the patient, RxSS makes the medication journey more understandable so that prescriptions are accessible and affordable.

As we expand beyond our core savings engine into the areas of market access, managed care and outcomes, we need a Clinical Pharmacist embedded within our Product organization to serve as the authoritative clinical voice across the product lifecycle. • Contribute to the evolution of the RxSS Product Delivery Framework for clinical workstreams

  • Seek input from diverse perspectives across the organization

Bring Clinical Depth and Strategy Experience to New Product Development

  • Develop clinical strategies that advance patient outcomes in response to market shifts that impact health benefits coverage, managed care and market access relationships between Payer and Biopharma companies

  • Serve as the resident clinical pharmacist resource for the product team, providing guidance on drug utilization, formulary design, therapeutic alternatives, and medication access considerations as they relate to new and existing product capabilities

  • Review new product concepts and features for clinical appropriateness, patient safety risk, and alignment with pharmacy practice standards, managed care and market access strategies; document clinical rationale for product decisions

  • Apply clinical expertise to inform savings logic, clinical content, member-facing messaging, and therapeutic substitution recommendations embedded in the RxSS platform

  • Monitor evolving clinical guidelines, drug utilization trends, and regulatory changes that may affect product strategy, and translate these into actionable insights and strategic direction for the product roadmap

Build Teams of Tomorrow - Organizational Capability Building

  • Establish scalable processes, templates, and playbooks for clinical review work

  • Document clinical review patterns, decision frameworks, and drug utilization learnings

  • Share industry trends, competitive intelligence, and best practices with the product organization

Basic Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, and typically requires 7+ years of relative experience in product management, product strategy, or clinical pharmacy within healthcare technology, pharmacy benefits, or SaaS (Experience in clinical pharmacy combined with product or strategy work is a plus).

  • Demonstrated success leading complex, cross-functional initiatives with measurable outcomes

  • Demonstrated ability to translate clinical knowledge into product decisions, including patient safety review, clinical content development, and drug utilization guidance

  • Deep understanding of the pharmacy benefit landscape, drug utilization management, formulary design, and clinical pharmacy practice

  • Experience building prioritization and evaluation frameworks

Preferred Skills / Experience:
