What you'll do
In this role, you'll oversee the delivery of Truliant's digital banking ecosystem, ensuring strategic initiatives move efficiently from concept to implementation and long-term value realization. You'll partner across business and technology teams to align priorities, remove obstacles, and deliver exceptional digital experiences for our members.
Day to day, you'll:
  • Lead the delivery of digital banking platforms, mobile applications, and digital account and loan origination experiences.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to drive execution, prioritize work, and achieve strategic outcomes.
  • Use delivery and performance metrics to continuously improve digital adoption, usability, and business results.

What you bring
We're looking for a strategic and execution-focused leader who can translate vision into action, build strong partnerships, and lead teams through complex digital initiatives. Success in this role requires a blend of digital banking expertise, delivery leadership, and the ability to drive alignment across multiple functions.
Required Experience:
  • 8+ years of experience in digital banking, digital delivery, digital product management, technology delivery, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of leadership experience managing managers and/or senior leaders with accountability for multi-team delivery and business outcomes.
  • 3+ years of experience owning end-to-end digital delivery across platforms, applications, and customer or member journeys. From intake through implementation and operational readiness.

Required Skills:
  • Ability to develop and execute digital delivery roadmaps aligned with business strategy.
  • Strong knowledge of digital banking platforms, mobile applications, digital deposit, loan origination systems, and digital sales and servicing journeys.
  • Experience leading agile or iterative delivery practices, including backlog management and prioritization.
  • Ability to manage cross-functional dependencies, risks, and competing priorities.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across executive and operational audiences.
  • Experience using metrics and performance data to drive decisions and continuous improvement.

Education/Certifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Digital Strategy, Marketing, or a related field.
