We are seeking a dynamic, entrepreneurial, and experienced leader to guide the operations of our Rising Tides Hospital Services division across the Mid-Atlantic region. This leader will oversee 85+ hospital programs, 550 teammates, and approximately $125M+ in revenue.

We are looking for a strong operator with a strategic mindset that consistently and proactively seeks ways to grow the business, improve performance, and develop teams. The DVP will engage at all levels of the enterprise, and specifically, will be a key thought partner, working closely with the Group Vice President as well as Finance, Strategy, People Services, and Business Development teams.

Location: Candidates must reside in North Carolina, Virginia, West Virginia, DC-Maryland, Delaware, Kentucky, or Southeast Ohio.

The Role:

As the Division Vice President, you will drive all aspects of the business: culture, team development, clinical outcomes, P&L management, growth and ongoing business development. You will lead a growing, socially responsible business that strives to be the role model for American Healthcare. You will join a team of highly motivated individuals that engage with their head, heart, and hands to better serve the people of their community. At this level in our organization, our leadership ranks consist of ex-consultants, military leaders, investment bankers, and hospital C-suite executives.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

The following duties and responsibilities generally reflect the expectations of this position but are not intended to be all-inclusive.

  • Lead the development of the team, from directors to registered nurses. Inspire your team to join you in the quest to provide high quality patient care.

  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives that maximize clinical outcomes and growth.

  • Address top growth priorities by completing due diligence on expansions

  • Cultivate hospital relationships to generate additional partnerships

  • Manage contract agreements and negotiate pricing

Qualifications:

  • Leadership of a multi-site operational business, Healthcare Required

  • Proven experience leading a large, high performing team

  • Proven experience identifying and driving growth in your business

  • Track record of successful fiscal and operating leadership; demonstrated financial expertise

  • Proven success engaging with hospitals and health systems preferred

  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree strongly preferred

  • Minimum of 10 years' progressive management experience required
