Summary:

The Executive Vice President & Chief Revenue Officer (EVP, CRO) is a key member of the executive leadership team responsible for developing and executing the organization's revenue growth strategy. The EVP, CRO provides strategic leadership and oversight for all revenue-generating functions, including sales, business development, marketing, and revenue optimization initiatives across the lending, retail, cash management, and wealth solutions business lines. This executive drives sustainable growth, strengthens market position, enhances customer relationships, and ensures alignment between revenue-generating activities and operations staff while promoting the organization's mission, vision, and strategic objectives. The EVP, CRO collaborates closely with the CEO and executive leadership team to identify growth opportunities, expand market presence, improve customer experience, and maximize organizational performance.

Required Education and Experience:

  • Demonstrated success leading growth strategies and achieving revenue targets.

Salary: $215,000.00 - $420,000.00

Pay Transparency:

Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data, and individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive-eligible, with payment based on company, business, and/or individual performance.
