Role Description

The Vice President (VP), Operations & Growth provides executive leadership for ChartProโ€™s Release of Information (ROI) services, with accountability for enterprise-wide performance across both onsite and remote service models. This role is responsible for driving operational excellence, ensuring regulatory compliance, enhancing client experience, and delivering scalable growth.

The VP ensures accurate, timely, and HIPAA-compliant fulfillment of medical record requests while improving margins and enabling business expansion. This leader plays a critical role in aligning operational execution with strategic growth initiatives.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and optimize end-to-end ROI operations across onsite and remote service delivery models
  • Drive operational excellence, efficiency, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Ensure full compliance with HIPAA Privacy Rules and PHI handling requirements
  • Enhance client experience through consistent, high-quality service delivery
  • Improve financial performance by increasing margins and operational scalability
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Client Success to support growth and customer expansion
  • Collaborate with Compliance & Privacy, Technology, Finance, and other cross-functional teams to strengthen standardized processes
  • Build, mentor, and lead high-performing, geographically distributed teams
  • Support business development efforts and contribute to new client acquisition strategies


Qualifications

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree required; MBA strongly preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior-level Operations leadership role within healthcare services, HIM/ROI, revenue cycle, or other regulated environments
  • Deep knowledge of HIPAA Privacy Rules and Protected Health Information (PHI) requirements
  • Proven track record of scaling operations, improving margins, and driving growth
  • Demonstrated success leading distributed teams across onsite and remote environments
  • Experience partnering with commercial teams (Sales, Marketing, Client Success) to enable business development and growth
