Mentoring and inspiring your team will be a big part of how your week is spent. Marketing and lead generating strategies as well as CRM compliance are another big focus of your new role. What You’ll Need
  • 7+ years of sales experience
  • 3+ years of management experience demonstrating revenue growth
  • Construction industry experience is required, and direct industry experience will put you ahead of the pack
