The VP of Marketing provides strategic leadership for enterprise marketing, brand development, lead generation, and customer engagement across the Illuminus organization. This executive leader is responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing strategies that strengthen brand awareness, support occupancy growth, enhance customer experience, and position Illuminus as a leader in senior living, home health and hospice, affordable housing, and healthcare services.


Working collaboratively with operations, sales, executive leadership, and community teams, the Vice President of Marketing leads organizational marketing initiatives across digital, traditional, and community-based channels while fostering a high-performing and mission-centered marketing culture.
