Summary
The Vice President of Supply Chain is a key member of Emmi Roth's Executive Leadership Team, responsible for shaping and advancing the Supply Chain strategy across planning, procurement, and logistics. This role ensures an integrated, resilient, and high-performing supply chain that enables business growth, service excellence, cost competitiveness, and risk mitigation.

The Vice President of Supply Chain partners closely with the Vice President of Operations to jointly steward value chain performance, aligning priorities and trade-offs across service, cost, inventory, and supply continuity.

Duties and Responsibilities
Executive Accountability & Scope
Enterprise-wide accountability for Supply Chain performance across demand and supply planning, procurement, and logistics, including service, cost, inventory, and reliability outcomes
Leader of the Supply Chain function, establishing strategic direction, enterprise priorities, and performance frameworks aligned with Emmi Roth's business strategy
Ownership of Supply Chain P&L performance, including operating costs, working capital, and capital allocation, with authority to direct resources within approved plans
Definition and advancement of a multi-year Supply Chain strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives, portfolio evolution, and growth ambitions
Oversight of Supply Chain capabilities upstream and downstream of Operations, ensuring seamless integration across the value chain
Accountability for Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process, ensuring alignment across commercial, finance, operations, and supply chain functions
Enterprise responsibility for risk management, supply continuity, supplier performance, and external partnerships
Co-ownership of end-to-end value chain outcomes in close partnership with the VP of Operations, ensuring aligned decision-making across production, inventory, and service trade-offs
Leader of organizational capability, including succession planning and leadership development across planning, procurement, and logistics

Executive Leadership and Responsibilities
Active contributor to enterprise strategy and decision-making as a member of the Executive Leadership Team
Accountable for organizational design and functional maturity of the Supply Chain function, ensuring scalability and alignment with business growth and complexity
Strategic interface with Emmi Group Supply Chain / CSCO organization, driving alignment, transparency, and adoption of global standards and initiatives
Executive sponsor of Supply Chain functions, including network strategy, sourcing evolution, IBP maturity, and logistics optimization
Co-sponsor of investment strategy and capital decisions in partnership with the VP of Operations, aligned with enterprise governance
Senior representative of Supply Chain across internal and external stakeholders, including key suppliers and partners

Strategic Leadership
Translate enterprise strategy into integrated Supply Chain priorities, roadmaps, and performance outcomes
Leverage advanced analytics and forward-looking insights to anticipate demand shifts, supply risks, and network optimization opportunities
Champion strategic initiatives across the supply chain, including network design, sourcing strategy, digitalization, and planning excellence
Establish and uphold enterprise-wide performance management systems, including KPI frameworks across service, cost, inventory, supplier performance, and forecast accuracy
Drive a balanced, enterprise view of trade-offs across cost, service, inventory, and resilience
Provide leadership in navigating complex, cross-functional and external challenges, ensuring alignment and decisive outcomes at the enterprise level

Qualifications
Required qualifications, skills, and experience for the job; education background, certifications, relevant work experience, technical skills, and soft skills.
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related discipline
MBA or advanced degree preferred, or equivalent experience
Extensive leadership experience in Supply Chain within consumer goods industry
Proven accountability for Supply Chain P&L performance, including cost, working capital, and capital investment
Demonstrated success in leading enterprise-level transformation and continuous improvement initiatives
Fluency in English required; additional languages advantageous
