Lead Operational Excellence at Scale with EPIC Health

EPIC Health is seeking a strategic, data-driven, and execution-focused Vice President of Operations to lead and optimize operations across our growing multi-state healthcare organization.

This role is designed for a proven operations leader with a strong background in business operations, Lean methodologies, Six Sigma, and industrial engineering principles who has successfully managed complex, multi-site and multi-state organizations.

The VP of Operations will play a critical role in driving operational scalability, process standardization, efficiency, quality improvement, and organizational growth across all markets. This individual must be equally comfortable leading high-level strategy and diving into operational detail to solve problems and improve performance.

What You’ll Do

Operational Leadership & Strategy

  • Lead operational strategy across multiple markets and clinic locations nationwide.
  • Develop scalable systems, workflows, and operational frameworks to support continued growth.
  • Drive operational consistency, efficiency, and accountability across all business units.
  • Partner with executive leadership to align operational initiatives with company goals and expansion plans.

Process Improvement & Performance Optimization

  • Implement and lead Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.
  • Analyze operational performance metrics and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, throughput, patient experience, and financial performance.
  • Standardize workflows, SOPs, and operational best practices across locations.
  • Lead root-cause analysis and corrective action planning for operational challenges.

Multi-Site & Multi-State Oversight

  • Oversee operations across multiple states and locations, ensuring alignment, compliance, and performance consistency.
  • Support regional and local operational leaders through coaching, accountability, and strategic guidance.
  • Ensure successful integration of new locations, acquisitions, and expansion initiatives.

Financial & Business Operations

  • Partner with finance and executive leadership on budgeting, forecasting, labor optimization, and cost management.
  • Drive operational KPIs related to growth, efficiency, staffing, patient satisfaction, and profitability.
  • Identify opportunities for operational scalability while maintaining service quality and patient outcomes.

Team Leadership & Culture

  • Build and lead high-performing operational teams focused on accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Mentor and develop leaders across operations and clinic management teams.
  • Foster a culture of operational excellence, innovation, and execution.

What You Bring

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Healthcare Administration, Operations Management, or related field required.
  • Minimum of 7+ years of progressive operational leadership experience in multi-state, multi-site organizations.
  • Proven success leading large-scale operational improvement initiatives.
  • Strong background in:

  • Experience managing complex operational environments with multiple locations and high-volume operations.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree (MBA, MHA, or related field) preferred.
