Our client, a privately owned company in Metro Detroit, is seeking a VP of Accounting/Finance to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a broad background in accounting and finance at a company in their early development stages.
RESPONSIBILITIES of the VP of Accounting/Finance
  • Overall accounting and financial process ownership for the team, and will mentor team members
  • Will provide high level strategic support of organization and make the necessary financial recommendations
  • VP of Accounting/Finance will be responsible for the presentation of monthly reporting packages to the Executive Team
  • VP of Accounting/Finance will evaluate current market conditions and advise of potential risks or opportunities
