The Mission
You will be the architect of our technological future, balancing high-level strategy with hands-on systems integrity. Your focus will be on modernizing operations through AI implementation, robust infrastructure management, and the development of a world-class technical team.
Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership: Align IT roadmaps with corporate goals, collaborating directly with ownership to drive growth.
  • Team Development: Lead the full talent lifecycle for the IT department, from recruitment to performance mentoring.
  • Infrastructure & Security: Oversee physical, virtual, and cloud systems. Manage patch protocols, data intrusion systems, and disaster recovery.
  • Innovation: Identify and deploy emerging technologies, specifically focusing on AI solutions to optimize distribution workflows.
