Immediate is seeking a VP of Finance to lead the company’s forward-looking finance function, including budgeting, forecasting, capital planning, liquidity management, and capital raise efforts. Working closely with our Controller, who oversees accounting operations, historical reporting, and GAAP compliance, this leader will focus on where the business is going and what capital is needed to support its growth. The VP of Finance will lead lender relationships, diligence materials, capital models, and credit facility strategy to support Immediate’s Earned Wage Access business model. This person will also support future equity capital needs in partnership with the CEO and executive team, while serving as a key member of leadership and a strategic finance partner across the business.
