Job SummaryAt Five-S, The Construction Manager will be responsible for the success of all field operations. The main responsibility of the Construction Manager is to manage and oversee all field operations and act as the liaison between the field and office management. Duties include assisting Project Superintendents to ensure client satisfaction, jobsite safety, project labor budget, production, timely schedule, and verifying quality. Provide leadership and development throughout different areas of the company while implementing company core values and safety culture. The Construction Manager will report to the Vice President of Projects. The position requires the exercise of discretion, decision making and independent judgment. This individual will represent Five-S throughout the Southern United States with primary responsibilities in South Louisiana and Texas ("Territory"). This position requires travel and an in-person presence based on the needs of each project.
